Scott Hill has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in estimating. Currently, Scott serves in an estimating role at BD Hall Constructors Corp (dba Hall Constructors) since February 2018. Prior to this position, Scott was an Estimator at Graham from November 2016 to January 2018. Scott began a lengthy tenure at B&B Heavy Civil Construction in January 2003, where Scott held the position of Chief Estimator until October 2016.
