Andrew Roach, P.Eng., has extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors, currently serving as an Estimator and Project Manager at Hall since May 2014, where over $235,000,000 in work has been secured, and excavation jobs worth over $21,000,000 have been estimated and managed. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Engineering Assistant at InterCAD Services Ltd from May 2012 to August 2013, where responsibilities included conducting tender evaluations, performing quantity take-offs, and developing earthworks contours for grading and road construction projects. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia, attained in 2014.
