Biljana Milosevic is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as a Senior Operation Officer at HALKBANK AD Skopje since June 2021, Biljana previously held the position of Deputy Branch Manager at Silk Road Bank AD Skopje from May 2016 to June 2021. Prior to that, Biljana gained valuable experience at Alpha Bank, where roles included Deputy Branch Manager and Customer Service Officer from March 2008 to May 2016. Biljana holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Faculty of Economics at the University "Ss. Cyril and Methodius," completed between 2004 and 2007.
