Matthew Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance analysis and asset management. Currently serving as a Senior Performance Analyst and Continuous Improvement Analyst at Halifax Regional Municipality since August 2021, Matthew has previously held roles including Asset Management Consultant and Asset Management Research Analyst at PSD Citywide Inc. from February 2017 to April 2021. Additional experience includes positions as Council Facilitator with London Youth Advisory Council and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Western University.
