Orlando Verissimo Lopes Rubio is an experienced project manager with a strong background in managing and implementing projects within various organizations. Currently serving as a PMO at EUROBANK through Halian since June 2022, Orlando has also directed significant projects at the European Investment Bank, including a SPLUNK Platform Implementation. Previous roles include project management at the Court of Justice of the European Union and Orange Luxembourg, as well as delivery management at Douanes et Accises Luxembourg. Orlando's career includes roles as a business analyst and entrepreneur, demonstrating a diverse skill set in project development and analysis.
