Richard Stoppelmoor has a strong background in civil engineering and transportation project management. Richard has worked for various companies such as Halff Associates, HDR, Shive-Hattery, Sargent & Lundy, and the Illinois Department of Transportation. Richard's experience includes serving as a Sr. Transportation Project Manager, ND Transportation Lead, Project Manager, and Civil Project Engineer. Richard holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University.
