Paul Ludwig has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Paul started their career at NiSource in 1990 as a Sr Engineer and worked there for ten years. Paul then moved on to Williams Company where they held the position of Sr Engineer from 2000 to 2002. Paul then joined Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline as a Sr Engineer from 2002 to 2007. Following that, they worked at HighMount Exploration & Production LLC as a Sr. Staff Engineer from 2007 to 2014. Paul then joined Access Midstream/Williams as a Staff Engineer in the OA Central Operations department from 2014 to 2015. Paul subsequently transitioned to Williams and held the positions of Staff Engineer - OE System Planning Atlantic Gulf from 2015 to 2017 and Staff Engineer - West System Planning from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are employed at Halff as an Engineer starting from December 2022.

Paul Ludwig obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Petroleum Engineering from Penn State University, where they studied from 1985 to 1987. In addition to their formal education, Paul also obtained several certifications in 2020 from LinkedIn, including "Humble Leadership: The Power of Relationships, Openness, and Trust (getAbstract Summary)", "Just Ask: Dorie Clark on Personal Effectiveness", and "The Secret: What Great Leaders Know and Do (getAbstract Summary)".
