Melissa Pennington, P.E. is a Public Works Team Leader at Halff with a background in site development as a Project Engineer. Prior to this, Melissa worked as a Project Engineer at Genesis Group and gained experience as a Development Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation. Melissa also served as an Undergraduate Researcher at Florida State University and excelled as a Student Activities Coordinator, where Melissa united undergraduate women in service. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University. Additionally, Melissa participated in the WORTHY program as a mentee, collaborating with professional engineer mentors on various projects.
