Kathryn Sayles began their work experience in 2012 as a Story Teller - GIS Intern at MapStory. Kathryn held this position from August 2012 to May 2013. In 2014, they joined Halff Associates as a GIS Analyst. Kathryn has been in this role since November 2014.

Kathryn Sayles pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from Texas Tech University. Kathryn attended this institution from 2008 to 2014, dedicating herself to the field of Landscape Architecture. Following this, they further enhanced their academic qualifications by enrolling at Arizona State University from 2013 to 2014. During this period, Kathryn pursued a Master's degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), specializing in this specific field of study.
