Jason Bass has extensive experience in the engineering and design industry. Jason began their career at JQ in 2007 as a Project Engineer, where they worked on various civil site projects, including grading, utility infrastructure, erosion control, and stormwater management. This role provided him with a strong foundation in project execution and compliance with regulatory requirements. In 2012, Jason was promoted to Senior Project Engineer, taking on the additional responsibility of directing technicians and entry-level engineers. Jason continued in this role until 2016 when they joined MWM DesignGroup as a Project Manager. At MWM DesignGroup, Jason managed projects and led a team until June 2021. Currently, Jason is employed as a Senior Project Manager at Halff Associates, where they are responsible for overseeing projects and ensuring their successful completion.

Jason Bass obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their degree, they also earned the LEED AP certification from USGBC in March 2008 and the AutoCAD Civil 3D: Designing Residential Projects certification from LinkedIn in October 2016.
