America Maldonado is an accomplished film and television professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Serving as Executive Director at Caneo Films since January 2017, America also holds positions as Director and Producer at BRIC (Arts & Media in Brooklyn) since 2007, including notable work on the TV series "On the Grid" with Zypher Teachout. Additional credits include Director of Photography for MTV pilots at Lucky 8 TV, camera operation for North South Productions, and contributions as Director of Photography for True Entertainment's "Too Cute." A field producer and shooter for Half Yard Productions on multiple seasons of "Say Yes to the Dress," America has also worked as an editor for Hispanic Information & Telecommunication Networks and edited commercials for Mike Bloomberg's 2009 campaign.
