Kevin Matthews is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent recruitment and organizational leadership. As the Founder of Candid-I since 2021, Kevin focuses on transforming the hiring process globally. In addition, as Chief Officer for half the sky® since 2019, Kevin contributes to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workforce. Serving as Managing Director at KR Partners since 2012, Kevin has specialized in recruitment for the oil, gas, energy, commodities, and financial markets in Singapore, while also co-founding KS Global Group in 2018 to innovate talent solutions. Kevin manages the legal and compliance recruitment team at KS Partners and holds a directorial position at the Singapore Africa Business Club, promoting business opportunities in Africa. Kevin’s prior experience includes roles at Phi Partners Global and DNA Search. Kevin holds an MSc in Strategic Entrepreneurship and a BSc in Politics & International Relations from the University of Southampton.
