Lindsay Portwood possesses a diverse background in retail and customer service, currently serving as a Keyholder at Half-Moon Outfitters since February 2022. In this role, Lindsay specializes in assisting customers with hiking and outdoor gear, implementing expert shoe fittings, contributing to store re-merchandising, and creating digital designs to enhance shopping experiences. Previously, as an Assistant Sales Manager at American Eagle Outfitters, Lindsay managed cash deposits, collaborated on business plans, maintained visual standards, and improved credit operations. Prior experience includes a Social Media Marketing Intern position at IAMHOLDENON and roles at Chick-fil-A Restaurants, where Lindsay served as a team member and eventually as Food Safety Director, leading employee training in food safety. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from The University of Georgia and an Associate of Science from Georgia Military College.
