Vincent Castanet

Vincent Castanet has a diverse work experience in logistics and supply chain management. Vincent currently works as the Logistic Director at Haleon, where they manage all aspects of logistics and supply chain operations. Prior to that, they served as the Operational Excellence Lead at Haleon, focusing on driving business transformation and installing a continuous improvement mindset and culture.

Before joining Haleon, Vincent worked at GSK for several years, holding various managerial positions. Vincent was responsible for value engineering, production and material scheduling, production planning, and warehouse and material flow management. Vincent ensured the execution of production planning and monitored capacity statements for work centers, driving on-time release and shipment on time. Vincent also managed warehousing activities, inventory, and budgets to support plant growth and financial targets.

Earlier in their career, Vincent worked at Novartis Consumer Health as a Manager of Inventory & Material Flow, where they also focused on warehousing activities, inventory management, and budget management. Vincent also served as a Process Improvement Engineer, leading continuous improvement projects and implementing lean tools for operational efficiency. Vincent started their career at Castel as a Production Manager, responsible for developing and executing production schedules and managing inventory and raw material handling.

Prior to their professional career, Vincent had trainee positions at The Coca-Cola Company and Bretagne Saumon, where they gained experience in logistic and production departments, respectively.

Vincent Castanet completed a Master's degree in Strategic Production Management at the University of Montpellier in 2006. Prior to that, they earned another Master's degree in Food Industry from the Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs des Techniques des Industries agricoles et alimentaires, graduating in 2005. In 2011, they obtained the certification of CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) from APICS.
