Renuka Parashar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Renuka is currently working as a User Experience Researcher at HALEO Clinic since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ServiceNow as a Sr UX Researcher for AI & ML Products from 2021 to 2022, and as a Design Researcher at Element AI from 2020 to 2021. Renuka also has experience working at UX Rescue as a UX Research Lead from 2020 to 2021 and as a Design Strategist in Volunteer Discovery and Design Researcher and Strategist in CDI Tanzania from 2020 to 2020. Renuka worked as a Freelance Design Researcher & Consultant from 2019 to 2020 and as a User Experience Consultant at Technoarch Inc. from 2019 to 2020. Renuka has also worked as a Design Researcher at Bolt in 2019, as a Design Researcher (Remote) at Arch.lab from 2018 to 2019, and as a Student Assistant at Parsons School of Design - The New School from 2017 to 2018. In 2016, they worked as a Design Researcher + Project Architect at Arch.lab and as a Senior Architect + Studio Coordinator at Foliage Design and Developers Pvt. Ltd. from 2014 to 2016.

Renuka Parashar obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Chandigarh College of Architecture, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. Following their undergraduate education, they pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Design and Management at Parsons School of Design - The New School, graduating between 2017 and 2019. In 2020, they completed a certificate program in Product Management at BrainStation.
