Samantha Bailo is an experienced mental health professional with a diverse background in counseling and therapeutic practices. Currently serving as an Intensive In Home Therapist at Hale Kipa and as a Mental Health Counseling Associate at PAU HANA, LLC, Samantha has developed expertise in effective mental health support for individuals. Previous roles include Mental Health Counseling Intern at the University of Hawaii at Hilo, Case Manager at Care Hawaii Inc., and Program Supervisor at Pacific Quest, where Samantha utilized crisis management and holistic wellness strategies. Early career experiences include managing an urban garden as the Green Corps Farm Manager at Holden Forests & Gardens and leading library projects at The University of the South Pacific. Samantha's engagement with youth began as an English Literacy Facilitator in the Peace Corps and as a Camp Counselor with Big Brothers Big Sisters, highlighting a commitment to empowering young individuals through education and community involvement.
