Jessica Carter is an experienced professional in community engagement and social services, currently serving as a Foster Home Developer at Hale Kipa since May 2018 and as Manager of Resident Engagement at Cuyahoga Arts & Culture since June 2016. Additionally, Jessica holds an Adjunct Faculty position at Case Western Reserve University since January 2015 and previously worked at the Neighborhood Leadership Institute from August 2011 to December 2014, starting as Director of Alumni and later becoming Director of Outreach and Engagement. Earlier experiences include a Community Organizer Internship at Detroit Shoreway Community Development Organization and a Youth Crisis Intervention Specialist role at The Huckleberry House. Jessica earned a Master of Social Service Administration and a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Case Western Reserve University, following a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Bowling Green State University.
