Kelsey Wallin is a seasoned wellness and physical therapy professional currently serving as a Wellness Specialist at ProVention Plus since February 2023 and as a Physical Therapist at Halcyon Home since June 2021. With experience in home health settings, Kelsey evaluates and treats patients while also assisting with administrative tasks, including employee training and quality assurance. Previous roles include Physical Therapist positions at Choice Health at Home and Concentra, as well as serving as Lead Physical Therapist at ActiveEDGE Wellness Center. Kelsey holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound and a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from the University of Portland.
