Luis Roberto Quesada is an experienced professional in project management and Agile development, currently serving as a Senior Engagement Manager at Hakkōda since March 2023, where responsibilities include leading multiple Agile Development Teams. Prior experience includes a role as a Program and Project Manager Specialist at Accenture, overseeing Microsoft's Partner Go-to-Market Toolbox and leading an Agile team from May 2021 to March 2023. Earlier, Luis held various positions at Experian, managing end-to-end projects for Fortune 500 clients and collaborating with Agile teams. Initial roles included customer service at TeleTech and Amazon, as well as an English teaching position at Biblioteca Rafael Angel Gomez Arias. Luis holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Universidad de Costa Rica, obtained in 2015.
