Gillian Twyning FBDO is an experienced optical professional currently serving as the Clinical Governance Manager at Hakim Group since February 2022. With a long-standing role as a practical and theory examiner for ABDO since January 2006, Gillian also held the position of Dispensing Manager at Oakwood Eyecare Centre and Kimberley Eyecare from May to December 2021. Prior roles include Optical Manager and Dispensing Optician at Asda from 2012 to May 2021, as well as various dispensing and optical assistant positions at several established organizations, including Pinders Opticians and Dolland & Aitchinson, starting from 1992. Gillian's educational background includes studies at Godmersham College.
