Bob Smart has a diverse background in real estate investment and technical sales, demonstrating significant expertise since 2003 as a self-employed real estate investor, building a portfolio that includes single-family homes, multi-family homes, and apartment buildings. In addition to investment pursuits, Bob has been serving as a Territory Sales Representative at Haines & Company since April 2013, assisting businesses in customer acquisition through targeted lists and online programs. Earlier career positions include Vice President at Superior Machine Company, Technical Sales Engineer at Cincinnati Incorporated, and Mechanical Design Engineer at Harris Corporation. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, completed in 1996.
