Todd Young has extensive experience in IT support and systems administration, currently serving as a Junior Systems Administrator and IT System Analyst at Haggar Clothing Co. since October 2017. Responsibilities include providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing IT assets. Previous roles include System Support at Chalak Mitra Group, where Todd managed POS systems and networking, and TAMS Support at Genuine Parts Company, delivering technical support for automotive management systems. With a technical background originating at NCR Corporation supporting POS systems, Todd also served in the US Army as a Fire Direction Specialist, delivering training and managing equipment. Todd holds education from DeVry University.
