Marketa Pokorney is an experienced design professional currently serving as Design Manager at Workwear Outfitters since January 2022. Prior to this role, Marketa held the position of Casual Designer at Haggar Clothing Co. since March 2018, focusing on men's casual wear. Experience includes Associate Designer for Calia by Carrie Underwood at DICK'S Sporting Goods and Apparel Designer/Developer for BCG Private Label at Academy Sports + Outdoors, where responsibilities spanned girls' performance and training apparel as well as women's active lifestyle. Earlier career roles included Assistant Knit Designer and Assistant Apparel Design and Development at Coldwater Creek. Marketa holds a Bachelor of Science in Textiles and Apparel Design from The University of Texas at Austin and attended Accademia Italiana in Florence, Italy.
