Janet Rancilio has over 38 years of diverse experience in corporate administration and human resources. Since May 1990, Janet has held various leadership positions at Hager Companies, currently serving as VP of HR and Corporate Admin while also assisting the Board of Directors. Prior roles include Corporate Administrative Manager at Hager Companies and Office Manager at Rimell Greystone Realtors and Martin Insurance Agency, where Janet also obtained real estate and life insurance licenses. Additionally, Janet began their career as an Executive Secretary at Bohemian Savings & Loan. Janet's educational background includes attendance at St. Wenceslaus Grade School and Rosati Kain High School.
