Carsten Conrad has extensive experience in quality management and service management within the automotive and electronic sectors. Currently serving as Quality Manager at HAGEN Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG since September 2011, responsibilities include ensuring global supplier quality, conducting internal audits, coordinating corrective actions, overseeing CE compliance, and managing product quality and customer service. Previous roles include Service Manager at Panasonic Automotive & Industrial Systems Europe GmbH from August 2000 to August 2011, where Carsten was responsible for establishing worldwide service branches, as well as managing service workshops in the USA, Canada, Brazil, and Japan. Prior to that, Carsten held service management positions at Autoradio und Kommunikationstechnik Redlich GmbH and Auto-Stereo-Fischer, focusing on the repair processes and technical support in the automotive field. Carsten’s career began with an apprenticeship as an Elektroniker at Hagenuk from September 1980 to September 1983.
