Brady Lightner currently serves as the Boat Club Operations Supervisor at Hagadone Marine Group since May 2022, following an earlier role as Operations Associate. Prior experience includes a tenure at MB2 Raceway from August 2017 to May 2022, where Brady held several positions such as Facility Manager, Track Supervisor, and Pit Crew Manager. Additionally, involvement at Washington State University included roles in Southside Student Services and Events and Operations within the Athletics department. Brady obtained a degree in Social Sciences with a focus on Sport Management from Washington State University, where studies took place from 2018 to 2022, following graduation from Crespi Carmelite High School in 2018.
