Stephany Paredes is a dedicated professional currently pursuing a PhD at NTNU Faculty of Economics and Management, focusing on an Industrial PhD in collaboration with Hafslund. With extensive experience in energy systems and analysis, Stephany has worked as an Analyst at Hafslund Eco Vannkraft and previously held consulting roles at THEMA Consulting Group. Early career contributions include a Master's thesis at Siemens on energy systems modeling and positions as a Graduate Research Assistant at Technical University Munich and a Research Assistant at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Additionally, Stephany has acquired diverse skills through internships in mechanical design, statistics, and engineering research.
