Eric Bea is an accomplished professional with a focus on environmental law and sustainability. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager and Performance Executive at Hafnia since August 2022, Eric monitors vessel performance, enhances operational efficiency, and ensures compliance with environmental standards such as IMO regulations and Poseidon Principles. Previous experience includes a consulting role at engeco and a researcher position at the Asia-Pacific Centre for Environmental Law, where Eric engaged in international climate change law and outreach to promote environmental rule of law. Eric also has a strong background in student leadership at the National University of Singapore, contributing to significant projects on carbon pricing and marine plastics, alongside research on climate litigation and pollution policy during academic tenure. Eric holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the National University of Singapore.
