Celia Gonzalez is a skilled design engineer with extensive experience in mechanical equipment design and bulk material handling processes at HaF Equipment since April 2022. Prior to this role, Celia served as the Mixed Reality Lab Manager at Visible Heart Lab - University of Minnesota Twin Cities, overseeing mechanical and electrical systems and utilizing Materialize segmentation software. Additional experience includes positions as Assistant Service Manager at Erik's Bike Shop, Makerspace Equipment Manager and Lab Assistant at the University of Minnesota, NASA Space Grant Intern for an eclipse payload project, Engineering Camp Facilitator at The Bakken Museum, and Mechanical Engineering Co-op at Thiele Technologies, all before earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in May 2020. Proficient in modeling tools such as SolidWorks, Navisworks, and DraftSight, Celia also has a strong background in educational outreach and technology instruction.
