William Carroll has worked as a Software Engineer for RED Interactive Agency since 2016. In the same year, they also began working as a Software Engineer for Huge, where they helped develop ThinkWithGoogle.com, programmed chat-bots and other conversational interfaces using natural language processing (NLP), and conducted code reviews for software engineer applicants. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Software Engineer Team Lead and Full Stack Engineer at Urbint. William then moved to Google, where they worked as a Site Reliability Engineer and Software Engineer from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are a Site Reliability Engineer at Hadrian.

William Carroll attended Gonzaga College High School from 2006 to 2010. William then attended Clemson University from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. In 2013, they also studied at Grenoble Ecole de Management. In 2017, they obtained certifications from Coursera in Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, and Neural Networks and Deep Learning.
