Tim Bagge has extensive experience in quality management and operations, currently serving as Quality Manager at HADLEY since January 2018. In this role, Tim oversees quality assurance initiatives, acts as the management representative for IATF and ISO14001 standards, and serves as the point of contact for customer quality matters. Prior to this, Tim spent over 13 years at Johnson Controls Interiors Manufacturing, where responsibilities included positions as Quality Engineer, Customer Service Representative, Shift Manager, and ultimately Operations Manager.
