Douglas McCarty is a seasoned Project Engineer with extensive experience in embedded software development and avionics testing equipment design. Since 2016, Douglas has been with Hadley, focusing on embedded software solutions. Prior to this role, Douglas served as a Project Engineer at GE Aviation from 2005 to 2016, where responsibilities included the design of test stations and EMI resistant PCBs for avionics testing. Douglas's career also includes positions as a Technology Development Engineer at Odyssian Technology, LLC, where product prototypes related to multifunctional structures were developed, and as a Senior Engineer at Engineered Solutions Group, providing support for Boeing's Common Low Observable Verification System. Earlier in the career, Douglas worked as an Electrical Test Engineer at CTS Corporation, developing hardware and software for environmental test lab equipment. Douglas holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.
