Clay Brock is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and consulting. Currently serving as a General Partner at Hadley Capital since 2004, Clay has successfully sourced, acquired, and sold several small companies, facilitating smooth transitions to new management while ensuring substantial growth. Previously, as a Senior Director at Corporate Financial Advisors, responsibilities included managing lower middle market investment banking assignments, where Clay executed valuations and sales of companies valued between $10-100 million. Early career experience at Peterson Consulting and M&I Bank provided foundational skills in finance and commercial banking. Clay holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in English from Gettysburg College.
