Dylan Hoskins is a Senior Design Engineer at Haddy since February 2022, possessing extensive experience in research and development, particularly in additive manufacturing. Previously, Dylan served as a Research and Development Manager at Local Motors, where leadership in various projects included major contributions to IACMI and ORNL research, optimization of hybrid manufacturing processes, and oversight of cost-reduction initiatives. Dylan's expertise also encompasses quality engineering at Oshkosh Defense, where responsibilities included analyzing metrology data and implementing process improvements, alongside a solid academic background with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and ongoing studies in Computer Science at Georgia Institute of Technology.
