Jordi Serra Fernandez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jordi started their career as a Barista at Carluggio's Italian Restaurant in 2016 before moving on to work as a Receptionist at 45 Park Lane Hotel. Later, they worked as a Housekeeping and Events Assistant at The Dorchester, where they also worked at Rosewood Holborn and Ham Yard on specific days for events operation. In 2018, they worked as a Guest Relations & Sales Assistant at the Alexandra Barcelona Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton. In 2020, they joined RAI Amsterdam as a Commercial Stagiaire, where they managed a hybrid event and planned to expand it to the Latin American market. From 2021 to 2022, they worked at Alice's Garden as an eCommerce | Junior Operations & Customer Service Agent in the UK and later as an eCommerce | Operations Supervisor & SDR, Ibérica. Currently, Jordi is working as an Inbound Sales Representative at haddock (YC W22) since 2023. Overall, they have gained experience in customer service, sales, operations, and event management.
Jordi Serra Fernandez completed their Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from IQS Barcelona, from the year 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Jesuites Sant Ignasi High School from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued Social Science. In addition to their formal education, they obtained an Advanced Certificate from Cambridge University Press & Assessment in June 2017 and a B1 certification from the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse in June 2017.
