Megan Allen currently serves as the Director of Operations at Hackney Migrant Centre since August 2023. Prior to this role, Megan worked as a Business Manager at Ingeus from July 2021 to August 2023. Megan also gained valuable experience as a Store Manager at Vans, a VF Company, from September 2019 to May 2021, and held the same position at H&M from June 2014 to September 2019, where responsibilities included Department Manager and Cash Office Sales. Megan Allen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Policy and Sociology from The University of Sheffield between 2011 and 2014.
