Alejandra Llano has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alejandra'smost recent role is as the Head of Sales at Hackmetrix, where they focus on improving security, achieving certifications, and complying with industry regulations. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Consultant, specializing in sales project management and automation. Alejandra also served as the Head of Business Development at Porter Metrics, where they played a key role in developing the sales process and reaching sales targets. Alejandra has previous experience in sales account executive and international sales specialist roles, where they successfully increased customer portfolios and brought in new leads. Alejandra's earlier experiences include working as a child care specialist, as well as holding leadership roles in AIESEC en Colombia, where they mentored cities for process standardization and training. Alejandra Llano has a diverse education history. Alejandra first attended the Universidad Nacional de Colombia from 2010 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management. Alejandra then transferred to the same university and completed a degree in Industrial Engineering from 2011 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Alejandra has obtained various certifications. In 2013, they received certifications in Accounting for the Company and Customer Relationship Management from SENA (Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje). In 2014, they completed a certification in Thinking as an Entrepreneur from SENA.

In 2022, they achieved certifications in Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls and Sales: Handling Objections from LinkedIn. Furthermore, they obtained the Inbound Sales Certified certification from HubSpot Academy in the same year.

Lastly, Alejandra holds a certification in TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) preparation from Northern Virginia Community College in 2018.
