Patrick Lahens is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in kitchen management and menu development. Currently serving as the Executive Sous Chef at Hackensack Golf Club Inc since March 2016, Patrick has previously held positions as Executive Chef at Southern Hospitality, where responsibilities included managing a staff of 25 and developing menu items for a high-volume southern comfort cuisine establishment. Prior experience includes Chef de Cuisine at The Standard Hotels, where Patrick managed menu changes for a farm-to-table concept, and Chef at Fourth Wall Restaurants, overseeing a large kitchen staff and creating Pan Asian dishes while effectively managing food costs. Early in Patrick's career, as Sous Chef at Talk of the Town Restaurant Group, cost-saving measures were implemented by producing in-house pastries, demonstrating a commitment to operational efficiency and culinary excellence.
