Igor Bobryk has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Igor began their career at Johnson & Johnson, where they worked as a Human Resources Administrator, Customer Service Assistant, and Human Resources Intern. Igor then moved on to Vodafone, where they served as a Resourcing Consultant, Recruiter, Social Media Coordinator, and worked on an HR and Operating Redesign Project. After their time at Vodafone, Igor became self-employed, writing blogs about HR, recruiting, candidate experience, employer branding, and LinkedIn. Igor also served in the Greek Army before transitioning to a role as a Tech Recruitment Consultant at The Squirrel S.MP.C. Later, Igor joined Hack The Box as a Talent Acquisition Specialist before being promoted to Talent Acquisition Lead (Global). Throughout their various positions, Igor has demonstrated their skills in talent acquisition, sourcing candidates, assessing profiles, advising hiring managers, coordinating assessments and recruitment processes, managing interns, organizing events, and generating reports.
