Mark Hubbard has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Mark started their career in 1999 as a Control Engineer at Mars and then transitioned to become a Senior Sales Engineer at Endress+Hauser Group in 2011. In 2017, they joined Hach as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for overseeing sales operations. Mark later became an Area Sales Manager for the North East Australia Municipal markets before assuming the role of Interim Sales Director ANZ - Municipal in 2023.

Mark Hubbard attended Sheffield Hallam University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
