Charlotte Grobet (-Fort) has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Service Europe West and HR Manager for Geneva at Hach since September 2005. Throughout their career at Hach, Charlotte has held various significant roles, including Global Talent Program Manager and Senior HR Program Manager, focusing on the timely and effective rollout of talent programs and HR key projects. Prior to Hach, Charlotte worked at Firmenich from 1998 to 2005, and in various capacities at Unilever, including Fragrance Coordinator and Category Manager. Charlotte holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the Institut Universitaire des Hautes Etudes Internationale and a Maturité Commerciale from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Genève.
