Ashley West has extensive retail management experience, currently serving as Operations Manager, Sales Manager, and Store Manager at Habitat since 2013. Previous roles include Store Manager at Dwell UK from 2011 to February 2013 and a similar position at The Original Factory Shop from June 2009 to September 2011. Ashley started as a Store Manager at The Pier from June 2005 to April 2009. Responsibilities throughout these positions have included daily floor management, ensuring compliance with company directives, and overseeing HR functions such as staff recruitment and health and safety issues. Ashley is an alumni of Princethorpe College, attending from 1971 to 1977.
