Lyndsey Czapansky, MDP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in housing finance and social impact initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Housing Finance Systems at the Terwilliger Center for Innovation in Shelter since October 2021, Lyndsey develops strategies to enhance access to affordable housing for low-income populations globally. Previous roles include coordinating UN Food Systems Summit dialogues at CARE and conducting qualitative research on gender transformation in agricultural collectives. With a background in sustainability research and community program development, Lyndsey has also contributed to various roles aimed at poverty alleviation and employment support, alongside academic achievements from Emory University and Hendrix College, as well as international experience in Rwanda.
