Rachel Eldridge is an experienced professional in volunteer management and compliance, currently serving as the Grants and Compliance Manager at Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region since October 2018. In this role, Rachel ensures compliance with public funding for new construction projects. Previously, Rachel held the position of Director of Volunteer Services, leading a team that coordinated a large volunteer program within the organization. Rachel's extensive background includes training volunteer management at Habitat for Humanity International, managing volunteer services at multiple organizations, and overseeing various volunteer programs and events across several nonprofits, including Holy Angels Foundation and Thompson Child and Family Focus. Rachel earned a Certificate in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Duke University and holds advanced degrees from Bowling Green State University and Grinnell College.
