Kevin L. Smith's work experience includes being the Chief Executive Officer at Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County since 1996. In this role, they are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization, manages a team of 6 direct reports, and oversees fundraising and site acquisition activities. Prior to that, Kevin was the Volunteer Coordinator at Habitat for Humanity of Fresno County from 1994 to 1995. Kevin L. then attended the University of Delaware from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a B.S. in Business Management with a minor in MIS. Later in their academic journey, from 2019 to 2022, Kevin attended Lancaster Theological Seminary, where they pursued a Masters of Arts in Ministry & Leadership.
