Sarah Auchterlonie is currently a Shareholder at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, specializing in Consumer Protection and Bank Regulatory law. Prior to their current position, Sarah served as a Special Counsel at Carlton Fields Jorden Burt, P.A., advising financial institutions on regulatory and reputational risk mitigation. With a background in litigation and regulatory law, Sarah has also held positions at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Sarah holds a Juris Doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a Bachelor of Liberal Studies in Chemistry, Business, and Speech Communications from the University of South Dakota.
