Natasha Pollard is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Habitat for Humanity Canada, Natasha previously held roles at BBA Consultants as an HR Business Partner & Talent Advisor, and at the Toronto Police Service as a Talent Advisor. Natasha's career includes significant positions at Miller Thomson LLP, where responsibilities encompassed managing recruitment processes and employee relations for over 400 legal group employees. Accomplishments include enhancing employee retention through exit interviews, leading large-scale recruitment campaigns that hired over 500 employees within tight deadlines, and introducing strategic HR initiatives across various organizations. Natasha holds a Certificate in Business Fundamentals, a Hons. BA in Business and Society, and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from York University.
