Muhammad Sheraz Shahid has over 18 years of experience in the financial and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Deputy Manager at Habib Bank AG Zurich in Dubai since September 2012, responsibilities include handling inward and outward remittances, coordinating with banks for necessary amendments, and managing account processing. Prior to this, Muhammad held the position of Team Leader in Customer Services at Telenor Pakistan from February 2006 to September 2012, where management of a 15-member team focused on sales and service metrics. Initial experience includes a role as Customer Sales Officer at United Bank Limited, specializing in credit card sales and application processing. Muhammad holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (Hons) from the University of South Asia and an Intermediate in Computer Science from Scholar College of Commerce.
