Martins Eleojo Isah has over 12 years of work experience in sales and commercial roles. Martins currently serves as the Country Sales Director at Habesha Breweries, where they are responsible for driving the overall commercial strategy to improve topline growth and deliver faster growth than competitors. Prior to this, Martins worked at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, where they held several positions including Regional Sales Director, Commercial Capability Development Manager, Commercial Manager, and Sales Training and Development Manager. In these roles, they successfully executed strategies, developed regional sales plans, drove sales performance, managed budgets, and implemented learning and development programs. Martins also worked at Airtel Nigeria as a Regional Sales Training Manager and at Globacom as a Sales Executive. In these positions, they focused on training and coaching sales teams, monitoring channel partners, and achieving sales targets.
Martins Eleojo Isah began their education journey at the Federal University of Technology Minna, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Civil Engineering from 2002 to 2007.
In 2017, Martins attended the CCH Sales Academy in Austria, where they pursued a degree in Key Account Management.
In 2018, they enrolled in Regenesys for the Commercial Leadership Programme.
The year 2019 saw Martins participating in two separate courses. Martins completed the Organizational Leadership program at Franklin Covey and pursued Advanced Negotiation at The GAP Partnership in the UK.
In 2020, Martins obtained certification as an Internal Certified Coach from Management Futures in the UK.
Most recently, in 2022, Martins attended the Harvard Business School's Senior Executive Program.
In addition to their formal education, Martins obtained two certifications: "Communicating with Confidence" and "Strategic Thinking" from LinkedIn in January 2022.
