Fränk Velde van der is an accomplished project manager and construction professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as Project Leader and Executor at Habenu - van de Kreeke since November 2017, Fränk has led significant projects, including the renovation of a nursing home in Belgium and the construction of a gymnasium in the Netherlands. As the owner of Van der Velde Advies since 2014, Fränk provides independent consulting in architectural and safety-related issues, alongside conducting technical inspections of real estate. Fränk's previous roles include Project Manager at Perfact Group, where responsibilities encompassed feasibility studies and project evaluations, and teaching construction principles as a lecturer at IPD Opleidingen in 2017.
